B.Due to the merger case, Ginko applied to the TPEx to terminate the TPEx
trading of stocks in accordance with relevant laws and regulations:
TPEx Letter No.11102004992 on March 30, 2022.
Ginko also applied to the Financial Supervisory Commission to stop the
public offering.
The merger consideration for this merger is a cash consideration of NT$280
per share. From April 29, 2022, the base date of merger,the company will
become a 100% subsidiary of Glamor Vision Ltd., and delist from TPEx trading.

(2) Stock stop trading day: 2022/04/21
(3) Last date of transfer of shares: 2022/04/24
