GIEAG Immobilien AG announced earnings results for the fiscal year 2017. For the period, the company reported net loss for the year fell to EUR 1.4 million after EUR 2.4 million one year previously. Sales up by around 77% to EUR 22.8 million.

The company expects significantly positive consolidated net income for the year 2018 and a further increase in sales.
