Subscription for 500,000 Ordinary Shares and Director / PDMR Shareholding

GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB) ('GetBusy' or 'the Company' or 'the Group'), a developer of document management and communication software products, is pleased to announce that, further to the approval of resolutions by Independent Shareholders at the General Meeting on 7 January 2020, Daniel Rabie, the Group's Chief Executive Officer, has today subscribed for and been issued, conditional upon admission to trading on AIM, 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence each in the capital of the Company at a subscription price of 52.5 pence per share (being the mid-market closing price of the Company's Shares on 10 January 2020 (being the last practicable date prior to the subscription for such shares).

Application has been made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the shares will commence at 8:00 a.m. on 17 January 2020.

Following this Admission, Daniel Rabie shall have a total beneficial interest in 1,570,789 shares in the Company, representing 3.2 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.

Following the Admission, the Company shall have 48,900,000 Ordinary Shares in issue, all with voting rights. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. The figure of 48,900,000 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
