Genesys Logic, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 512.360 million compared to TWD 495.838 million a year ago. Negative sales was TWD 2.716 million compared to TWD 680,000 a year ago. Operating income was TWD 74.043 million compared to TWD 65.601 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 75.268 million compared to TWD 55.015 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.84 compared to TWD 0.61 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.83 compared to TWD 0.61 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,455.430 million compared to TWD 1,325.011 million a year ago. Negative sales was TWD 4.912 million compared to TWD 2.920 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 197.687 million compared to TWD 164.627 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 201.109 million compared to TWD 92.213 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.24 compared to TWD 1.03 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 2.21 compared to TWD 1.02 a year ago.
