continue to suspend its business operations until April 19, 2022 midnight
in compliance with the latest COVID prevention measures imposed by the
local authorities.
6.Countermeasures:
(1) The Company complies with the local epidemic prevention policies by
implementing self-health monitoring practices among employees and adopting
appropriate countermeasures.
(2)A proportion of employees remains on standby to prepare for resumption of
work while keeping in touch with customers and suppliers amidst the pandemic.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:The Company's subsidiary,
