GBST : strengthens UK team to drive growth in EMEA

GBST, provider of wealth administration software through its GBST Composer® platform, has made two senior appointments to strengthen the UK team and drive growth in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) markets.

Richard Berry joins as Head of Product Management (EMEA) with responsibility for defining the strategy and roadmap for GBST's product across the EMEA region. Previously Richard spent seven years at HBSC, most recently as UK Head of Investment Platforms, and prior to that, Richard was a management consultant working with a range of financial services clients including St James's Place, Barclays, JP Morgan and Scottish Widows, to develop market leading investment products and propositions.

Andrew Boniface, Pre-Sales Consultant, will work with new clients to exploit GBST's back office and digital products to deliver scalable, efficient and intuitive integrated solutions and support product innovation. He has 20 years' experience within financial services, primarily working for technology suppliers and outsourced providers to wealth managers. He was previously Solutions Director at SEI where a key achievement was building and delivering SEI's digital customer portal to market. He has also held technical roles at Newton Fund Management and Bank of New York Mellon.
