Galaxy Next Generation, Inc. (OTCPK:GAXY) has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Classroom Technology Solutions on May 21, 2020. The terms of the "Asset Purchase Agreement" shall consist of promissory notes and/or cash and stock. The exact terms shall be covered in the "Definitive Agreement" and disclosed at closing, subject to pre and/or post agreement audits. As of September 24, 2020, the transaction is expected to close by mid-October 2020.

As part of the purchase agreement, Galaxy is gaining access to not only years of customer support to the CTS brands, but also years of buying power from the CTS president, Cy Marshall. Cy Marshall Cy will be joining the Galaxy team as part of the acquisition as Galaxy's Product Officer.
Galaxy Next Generation, Inc. is a manufacturer and United States distributor of interactive learning technologies and enhanced audio solutions. It develops both hardware and software that allows the presenter and participant to engage in a fully collaborative instructional environment. Its products include G2 Slim Interactive Flat Panel Display (IFPD), G2 Communicator Bell, Paging, and Intercom, G2 Secure and Classroom Audio Amplification Solutions. G2 Slim Interactive Flat Panel Display (IFPD) includes interactive learning software, interactive panel control software, integrated PC for IFPD and mobile carts, mounts, and accessories for IFPD. Its distribution channel consists of a direct sales model and over 44 resellers across the United States, which sell the products offered by the Company within the commercial and educational market. Its original equipment manufacturer division manufactures products for other vendors in its industry and white labels the products under other brands.
