(1)According to the resolutions of the board of directors on March 16,
2022 and the general meeting of shareholders on June 9, 2022, the chairman
of the board is authorized to determine matters related to the ex-dividend
base date and distribution date of cash dividends.
(2)If the total number of outstanding shares of the company changes due
to the repurchase of the company's shares or the conversion of convertible
corporate bonds into ordinary shares, the chairman will be authorized to
adjust the dividend distribution according to the actual total number of
outstanding shares on the ex-dividend base date of the company.
The ratio will be announced at that time.
(3)The cash dividend distribution date is scheduled for July 29, 2022.
(4)In cooperation with the company's dividend distribution operation, the
company's first unsecured conversion of corporate bonds in the Republic
