Fulcrum U lity Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or the "Company"), the UK's market leading independent energy and mul ‐u lity Services provider, announces that it has today launched its first ever Sharesave Scheme for permanent employees.

Announcing the new scheme today, Mar n Donnachie, Chief Execu ve Officer of Fulcrum, said:

"This Sharesave Scheme builds on the £100 of free shares that were issued to Fulcrum employees in April 2015. We are very pleased to be able to recognise our employees' contribu on to the business by expanding the Company's employee share ownership with this landmark scheme."
