FUCHUN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. Fuchun Communications Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300299) agreed to acquire Beijing Tongchang Telecom Planning&Designing Institute Co., Ltd. from Beijing Holy Telecom Group and others for CNY 44 million on January 16, 2014. Beijing Tongchang will become Fuchun's wholly-owned subsidiary. The shareholders of Fuchun approved the transaction.
