CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Fu Yu Corporation Limited ("Company") wishes to announce the following changes to the Board and Board Committees of the Company that will take effect from 4 October 2021:

1. Appointment of Mr Poh Kai Ren, Daniel ("Mr Daniel Poh") as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, Chairman of Audit Committee and Member of Nominating and Remuneration Committees. The Board considers him to be independent for the purpose of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST").
   Details of the appointment of Mr Daniel Poh as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST are set out in a separate announcement made today.
2. Appointment of Mr Huang Junli, Christopher as Chairman of the Board.
3. The new composition of the Board and Board Committees following the abovementioned appointments shall be as follows:
