On January 28, 2022, we engaged Assurance Dimensions Certified Public Accountants & Associates d/b/a McNamara and Associates, PLLC as our audit firm. The Company's engagement with its former audit firm Boyle CPA, LLC expired upon filing and acceptance of FOMO's Form 10-Q for the three-month period ended September 30, 2021. There were no disagreements between the Company and its previous auditor.
