FOMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIONES Y CONTRATAS, S.A. ("FCC") in accordance with article 227 of the Consolidated Text of the Spanish Securities Market Act, announces the following

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

The Board of Directors held on 2 June 2020, after the General Meeting of shareholders, has approved:

• - Re-Appoint DOMINUM DESGA, S.A. as Chairman of the Board of Directors, member of the Executive Committee, member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee.

• - Re-Appoint Mr JUAN RODRIGUEZ TORRES, member of the Executive Committee, member of the Audit and Control Committee and member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee.

• - Appoint Mr Alejandro Aboumrad González as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Executive Committee.

• - Amendment of article 5 "Quantitative Composition" of the Rules of the Board in order to harmonize the Text of the Board Regulations with the Bylaws.
