FNS TECH. Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A083500) announced a private placement of 6th series unregistered coupon unguaranteed private bonds with warrants for gross proceeds of KRW 6,000,000,000 on April 19, 2018. The transaction will involve participation from NongHyup Bank, Investment Arm. The bonds will mature on April 20, 2021. The bonds are 100% convertible into 978,633 shares at an exercise price of KRW 6,131 from April 20, 2019 to March 20, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
FNS Tech Co Ltd is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in manufacture and sales of display equipment. The Company manufactures and sells flat panel display (FPD) equipment. The Company provides FPD and semiconductor component materials such as ultraviolet (UV) lamps, chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) pads as well as organic light emitting diode (OLED) masks. In addition, the Company provides devices that remove remaining natural oxide films, ions, organic substances, metal impurities and photoresist after manufacturing process.
