Fashion group FNG strengthens capital by EUR 10 million to support its growth strategy

Econopolis Private Investments joins as new shareholder

Antwerp, 21 March 2014 - FNG Group NV (FNG, Euronext Brussels Free Market), the Belgian fashion house with various fashion concepts (Fred & Ginger, Van Hassels, CKS, Baker Bridge, Claudia Sträter and Expresso), is performing a EUR 10 million capital increase to finance its further growth plans. Benelux player FNG, which has recently included Dutch fashion brand Expresso in the group, wants to expand further in the EU and beyond. FNG currently has more than 850 employees, about 130 own stores, about 30 shop-in-shop corners and more than 1,500 multibrand stores selling the FNG collections. The FNG Group's consolidated turnover of the past 12 months is more than EUR 135 million on an annual basis.
