GemVax Technology Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A041590) agreed to acquire MIZNCO CO.,LTD for KRW 4 billion on October 8, 2015. GemVax Technology will acquire 0.08 million shares of MIZNCO. MIZNCO CO.,LTD reported total assets of KRW 3.34 billion, sales of KRW 4 billion and net profit of KRW 188 million for the period ending December 31, 2014. The deal is expected to close on October 8, 2015.
