GemVax Technology Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A041590) announced a private placement of 41,163,129 shares at a price of KRW 4,755 per share proceeds of KRW 15,443,987,985 on January 3, 2018. The transaction will include participation from Juho Um for 2,539,305 shares, Daewoong Um for 354,321 shares, Hyesun Um for 354,321 shares. The payment of shares is scheduled on January 4, 2018. The transaction was approved by board of directors. The shares are issued through third party allotment method. The shares are subject to a lock up period of one year.
