Fit Corporation (TSE:1436) along with Hiroshi Arai agreed to acquire Plus one percent Co., Ltd. on November 24, 2021. The consideration will be paid as price of approximately ?400 million of common stock and conditional consideration (earn-out consideration) approximately ?200 million (planned). Fit Corporation will acquire 500 shares of Plus one percent. Plus one reported net assets as approximately ?130 million and total capital as approximately ?850 million for the period end on August 2021. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Fit Corporation. The transaction is expected to close on November 30, 2021.

The housing decarbonization business primarily sells compact houses equipped with low-cost solar power generation to general consumers and investors.
