           Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
           Officers.

On January 26, 2023, First Seacoast Bank extended the terms of the employment agreements with each of James R. Brannen, Richard M. Donovan and Timothy F. Dargan, such that the terms of the employment agreements expire on March 31, 2026 (with respect to Messrs. Brannen and Donovan) and March 31, 2025 (with respect to Mr. Dargan).
