DIVIDEND DECLARATION NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Board has declared a second interim dividend of ZWL$38.61 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2021.

Timetable

The dividend will be paid per the following timelines:

Trading Ex-dividend	20 April, 2022
Last Date to Register	Payable to shareholders registered on the 22nd of April, 2022
Payment date	Payable on or about 28 April,2022

Tax

Withholding tax will be deducted at applicable rates.

Foreign shareholders' payments

Payments to foreign shareholders will be subject to exchange control approval and payment guidelines for foreign remittances.
