Notice Regarding Choice of Market (Listing System)

Tokyo, January 25, 2016-Companies listed on the Mothers market for more than 10 years are required to choose to either remain listed on this market or move to the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. FinTech Global Incorporated (hereafter, "FGI" and "the Company") has reached this point, and management hereby provides notice of its decision that FGI will remain on the Mothers market.

FGI listed on the Mothers market in June 2005. The Company has grown as a boutique investment bank for all companies in all industries, focusing on investment banking and corporate investment to expand business while supporting growth through various solutions matched to the needs of corporate clients and robustly pursuing opportunities to invigorate and underpin local industry. The choice to stay on Mothers at this time reflects management's view that this market is designed for growth companies looking to make their way to the First Section in the near future. Management sees even higher growth going forward and feels the Company's place on Mothers is the most sensible approach toward this end.
