On 24 January 2023, the Board of Directors of Filinvest Land, Inc. approved the appointment of Atty. Jennifer C. Lee as the Acting Corporate Secretary for the duration of the leave of the Assistant Corporate Secretary, Atty. Katrina O. Clemente-Lua. Atty. Lee is also appointed as the new Corporate Information Officer to replace Atty. Lua for the duration of Atty. Lua's leave. Atty. Jennifer C. Lee, 38, Filipino, joined the Corporate Tax and Compliance Division of the Legal Department of Filinvest Land, Inc. ("FLI") in July 2021. Prior to joining FLI, Atty. Lee was an Associate at Quasha Law, formerly Quasha Ancheta Peña & Nolasco, one of the oldest law firms in the Philippines. She provided counsel on various matters, including Corporate Housekeeping and Compliance for publicly-listed companies, Special Projects, Intellectual Property, and Immigration. She was previously an
associate of Migallos & Luna Law Offices. Atty. Lee obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, Major in Legal Management from De La Salle University.
