With reference to current report no. 64/2016 dated 22 July 2016 regarding debt limit agreement (Agreement) concluded between ZKS FERRUM S.A. (ZKS FERRUM) and Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. (Bank), the Management Board of FERRUM S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 3 January 2017 ZKS FERRUM received a countersigned annex to the Agreement, pursuant to which the debt limit of PLN 14.5 mio. was extended until 13 April 2017. After that date the limit shall be decreased to PLN 11 mio., whereas the debt limit validation term of that value and the debt final repayment term were not changed.

With reference to extension of the debt limit of PLN 14.5 mio. until 13 April 2017, the dates of using the increased limits for banking products including revolving loan and bank guarantees available within the aforementioned limit were also extended accordingly.
