VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

PURCHASE OF SENIOR NOTES BY A CONTROLLING

SHAREHOLDER

This announcement is made by Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.

The board ("Board") of directors ("Directors") of the Company hereby announces that the Board has been informed that on 14 May 2021, Baocollection Limited, a company directly wholly owned by Ms. Zeng Jie, Baby, an executive Director and a controlling shareholder of the Company, has purchased in the open market the US$250,000,000 10.875% senior notes due 2024 (the "2024 Notes") issued by the Company in an aggregate principal amount of approximately US$2,000,000, represents approximately 0.8% of the initial principal amount of the 2024 Notes.
