Falconstor Software, Inc. Appoints Herb Siegel as Vice President & General Manager of Sales for the Americas

FalconStor Software Inc. announced the appointment of Herb Siegel as vice president and general manager of sales for the Americas, including North America and Latin America. Siegel brings to FalconStor more than 25 years of experience, with a focus on enterprise technology sales, working with companies including Sterling Infosystems, CA Technologies, and ePlus Systems. He also, in the past, served as vice president of enterprise business for FalconStor. In his new role, Siegel will be responsible for growing and maintaining the company's customer base in the Americas, including direct- and channel-sales initiatives.
Siegel will be based at FalconStor's global corporate headquarters in Melville, NY, reporting directly to the president and CEO, Gary Quinn. Most recently, Siegel served as executive vice president of sales for Sterling Infosystems.
