EVRY ASA announced that it has decided to adjust the company's organizational structure in Norway. The company is intensifying its focus on market areas that are showing good growth and where EVRY has a unique position. The EVRY Norway segment has not generated satisfactory revenue growth over time. EVRY has therefore decided to streamline the organizational structure and strengthen management of the focus areas by dividing the current EVRY Norway business area into EVRY Norway Industry Verticals and EVRY Norway Regions, both of which will report directly to the CEO, Terje Mjøs. This will ensure faster time-to-market for new and innovative services, as well as increased cross- selling.

EVP Knut Morten Aasrud has given notice to resign from EVRY. The Head of the EVRY Norway Industry Verticals business area will be EVP Anne-Cecilie Fagerlie. She is currently Head of the Private segment in EVRY Norway. She was also previously a member of the Board of Directors of EDB Business Partner ASA. Morten Søgård will be EVP of the EVRY Norway Regions business area. He is currently EVP - Corporate Development. These changes will come into effect immediately.
