CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT PROXY FORM

Reference is made to the form of proxy (''Original Proxy Form'') for use by shareholders at the annual general meeting of EVOC Intelligent Technology Company Limited (the ''Company'') to be held at 20/F, EVOC Technology Building, No. 31 Gaoxinzhongsi Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China at 10 : 30 a.m. on Monday, 29 May 2017.

This announcement is to clarify as follows:

1. the resolutions 6(a) to 6(b) for the re-election of retiring Directors shall be considered each as a separate resolution; and

2. the resolutions 7(a) to 7(b) for the re-election of retiring Supervisors shall be considered each as a separate resolution.

Save for the above, all the information in the Original Proxy Form shall remain the same. The revised Proxy Form will be dispatched to shareholders and published on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at www.hkexnews.hk and the Company's website at www.evoc.com in due course.
