The Company has the powers under its Articles to borrow an amount up to 20 per cent of its securities portfolio. Its securities portfolio includes industrials, consumer discretionary, financials, technology, consumer staples and energy. Its investment manager is Columbia Threadneedle Investment Business Limited.
