Euro Leder Fashion Limited announced that at its board meeting held on October 12, 2020, accepted and noted the resignation of Mrs. Aishwarya Seshadri Nathan as Non- Executive Director of the Company with effect from October 12, 2020 and Mrs. Aishwarya Seshadri Nathan ceased to be a Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee with effect from October 12, 2020.
