DISTRIBUTION INFORMATION FOR THE QUARTER ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2012

APA Ethane Limited, the responsible entity of the Ethane Pipeline Income Fund ("Fund"), announces an interim distribution for the quarter ended 31 December 2012, at a rate of 4.00 cents per security, plus franking credits of 1.39 cents per security.
The following particulars apply to this distribution:
Ex Date: 21 December 2012
Record Date: 31 December 2012
Payable Date: 15 January 2013
Total Distribution Rate: 5.3849 cents per security
The distribution is comprised of the following components: Ethane Pipeline Income Trust ("EPIT")
Australian Sourced Income
Franked dividend 3.2396 cents per security
Franking credits 1.3884 cents per security

Ethane Pipeline Income Financing Trust ("EPIFT")Australian Sourced Income

Interest income 0.7569 cents per security
There is no foreign conduit income to be declared in respect of the distribution for the quarter ended
31 December 2012.
Both Ethane Pipeline Income Trust and Ethane Pipeline Income Financing Trust, the two trusts that comprise the Fund, declare that they are managed investment trusts for the purposes of Subdivision 12-H of the Taxation Administration Act 1953 in respect of the income year ending 30
June 2013.
Through the release of franking credits held by EPIT, the Fund has commenced paying fully franked dividends from EPIT during the current quarter.
There is no change to the Fund's distribution policy of paying distributions from available net cash flows.
