Ernest Borel Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Choi Tze Kit Sammy as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

Ernest Borel Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Choi Tze Kit Sammy has tendered his resignation to the board of directors of the company as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 1 August 2017 in order to devote more time to his other business commitments. Accordingly, Mr. Choi will also cease to be a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the Board as from 1 August 2017.
