CHANGE IN DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE
With reference to the "Notice of Book Closure Date for
Dividend" dated 31 July 2012, the first and final dividend
for the financial year ended 31 December 2011 was scheduled
to be paid on 24 August 2012. However, due to the longer than
usual clearance process by the bank in People's Republic of
China which caused the unexpected delay in the remittance of
funds to Singapore, the Company regrets to inform that the
payment of the first and final dividend will now be made on
or before 31 August 2012 (Friday). The Company sincerely
apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.
