Guangdong Yonggao Plastic Industry Development Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 80,000,000 in an equity round of funding from existing investor Yonggao Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002641) on April 24, 2021. Post to the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 180,000,000 to CNY 260,000,000 and the investor will continue to hold 100% stake in the company. The transaction was approved at the 11th meeting of the fifth board of directors.
Era Co Ltd, formerly Yonggao Co Ltd, is a China-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of plastic pipes. The Company operates in three segments. Plastic Pipe segment is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE) and random copolymer polypropylene (PP-R) plastic pipes. Electrical Switches segment is mainly engaged in the development and production of electrical switches and other home appliances. Solar Energy segment is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of photovoltaic energy-saving products such as solar cell modules and photovoltaic power generation systems.
