("Envipco", or the "Company"), a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending Machine technology, announces it is evaluating a secondary listing on Euronext Growth Oslo along with funding opportunities to support the Company's growth initiatives. Building on our Euronext Amsterdam listing, Euronext Growth Oslo will raise the Company's profile, increase market awareness and facilitate accessibility among the Nordic investment community. The Nordics, and Norway in particular, is a well-developed market for Envipco's industry. Envipco has appointed Carnegie AS to serve as its financial advisor in this process.
