EnTie Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. at its shareholders meeting held on June 24, 2024 approved the distribution of common stock cash dividends would be TWD 0.38 per share, or TWD 743,891,553 in total. Ex-rights (ex-dividend) trading date is July 23, 2024. Ex-rights (ex-dividend) record date is July 29, 2024. Payment date of common stock cash dividend distribution is August 15, 2024. The plan of earnings distribution for year 2023 was approved by the
General Shareholders' Meeting on June 19,2024, which authorized the Chairman to set the ex-dividend record date.
