The Joint Stock Company "ENTERSOFT S.A. PRODUCTION AND TRADE COMPANY FOR SOFTWARE AND SERVICES" (hereinafter the "Company"), in order to inform the public and following yesterday's announcement, dated 5.3.2024, on the commencement of the implementation of the Program for the acquisition of its own shares as from today Wednesday 6.3.2024, announces to the public that, following the recent Announcement dated 4.3.2024 regarding the sale of a percentage of the Company's shares and in order to exclude any possibility of affecting the share price due to this specific circumstance, the Company has decided, by today's decision of its Board of Directors, the suspension of the commencement of implementation of the Own Share Acquisition Program. The Company will inform the investing public of any further relevant developments.
