Energy Transition Partners B.V. invitation to AGM

AMSTERDAM, May 16 - Energy Transition Partners B.V. ("Energy Transition Partners" or the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) listed on Euronext Amsterdam, invites its shareholders to its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") on 29 June 2023 at 09:00 (CEST).
