Energy-Mission Machineries Limited Announces Resignation of Vipul Mehta as the Independent Director and Member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee

Energy-Mission Machineries (India) Limited announced that Mr. Vipul Mehta, has resigned as the Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours on 14 June, 2024, citing pre-occupation and other personal commitments. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.
