Starting discussions with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development

The Management Board of Elemental Holding SA with its registered office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (the "Issuer" or the "Company") informs that today it started discussions with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, headquartered in London (the "EBRD") assessing the possibility of a potential investment in the Company by EBRD. Any potential financing by the EBRD will be conditional on satisfactory completion of due diligence, agreement on commercial terms and documentation, formal approvals by EBRD's management and the Board of Directors and fulfillment of conditions precedent to any disbursement.

Further course of discussions of the Parties will be reported by the Issuer in its subsequent reports.
