List of shareholders having at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting on June 7th, 2017

Acting under Art. 70 item 3) of the Act dated July 29th, 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading and public companies (Journal of Laws: Dz.U.2013.1382), the Management Board of Elemental Holding S.A. (hereinafter: "the Company") publicly announces the List of shareholders having at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders (hereinafter: OGM) on June 7th, 2017.

1. Asterion FIZ had 42 750 000 of votes at the OGM, which constituted 60,67% of votes at the OGM and constitutes 25,08% of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting..

2. Nationale Nederlanden OFE [an open pension fund] had 21 820 000 of votes at the OGM, which constituted 30,97% of votes at the OGM and constitutes 12,80% of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting.

3. Government of Norway had 5 887 427 of votes at the OGM, which constituted 8,36% of votes at the OGM and constitutes 3,45% of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting.
