Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, the Statutory Auditor of the Company has issued their Report with an unmodified opinion on the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2024. This declaration is made pursuant to Regulation 33(3) (d) of the Listing Regulations.
