EFT Solutions Holdings Limited Appoints Ng Ming Fai as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Remuneration Committee, Member of Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

The Board of directors of EFT Solutions Holdings Limited announced that the Board has resolved on 13 October 2017 to appoint Mr. Ng Ming Fai as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of remuneration committee, a member of each of the audit committee and the nomination committee of the company with effect from 13 October 2017. Mr. Ng is currently a director of Expeditors Hong Kong Ltd. since March 2013.
