ecoWise Holdings Limited announced dated 3 July 2017 on the appointment of Mr. Er Kwong Wah as Lead Independent Director, Chairman of Nominating Committee, and member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees of the Company. Mr. Er is an Independent Non-Executive Director. Mr. Er has subsequently been removed from the Watchlist by SGX-ST on 24 July 2018.
