NOTICE OF RECORD AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATES FOR INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of Econ Healthcare (Asia) Limited (the "Company") together with its subsidiaries (the "Group") wishes to announce that an Interim Dividend (one-tier tax exempt) of 0.22 Singapore cent per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 March 2022 ("Interim Dividend"), would be payable on 10 December 2021 to shareholders registered in the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 29 November 2021.

Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 29 November 2021 for the purpose of determining the entitlements of the Company's shareholders to the Interim Dividend.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, In.Corp Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. at 30 Cecil Street #19-08 Prudential Tower Singapore 049712 up to 5.00 p.m. on 29 November 2021 will be registered before entitlements to the Interim Dividend are determined. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares at 5.00 p.m. on 29 November 2021 will be entitled to the Interim Dividend.
