NOTICE OF BOOK CLOSURE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATESThe Board of Directors of Duty Free International Limited (the "Company") wishes to declare a second interim ordinary dividend (one-tier tax exempt) of SGD0.0125 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 28 February 2017, payable on 6 March 2017 to shareholders registered in the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company as at 5.00
p.m. on 7 February 2017.
Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 8 February 2017 on which no share transfer will be effected. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623, up to 5.00 p.m. on 7 February 2017 will be registered before entitlements to the dividend are determined.
