Based on § 5.1.22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent, the Management Board of DTP S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw ('the Company') informs that on 12 January 2016 Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution concerning the appointment to the Management Board Mr. Mariusz Kloska and to entrust the function of Chairman of the Board.

Pierwsze doświadczenia w obszarze windykacji Mariusz Kloska zdobył jeszcze w okresie studiów na Uniwersytecie Gdańskim, współpracując z GE Capital Bank w Polsce. W 1998 roku, po uzyskaniu tytułu zawodowego magistra prawa i zarządzania, został zatrudniony jako Kierownik, a następnie jako Zastępca Dyrektora Działu Windykacji w GE Capital Bank w Polsce. W następnych latach odbył staż w działach windykacji GE Money Banku w Polsce, Niemczech i Rosji w ramach międzynarodowego programu 'Staff Rotation Programme'. W 2006 roku Mariusz Kloska objął stanowiska Dyrektora Departamentu Windykacji w Alfa Bank w Rosji. W 2007 roku, jako Dyrektor Generalny EOSRussia OOO, rozpoczął proces tworzenia od podstaw firmy EOS Russia, która stała się i jest obecnie jedną z największych firm zajmujących się windykacją oraz obrotem wierzytelnościami na rynku rosyjskim. Z EOS Russia Mariusz Kloska był związany do września 2015 r.

Mr. Mariusz Kloska is not a competitor to the Company and its affiliates and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a member of a corporate body does not participate in any competitive legal entity as a member of a body. Mr. Mariusz Kloska does not have a record in the Register of Insolvent Debtors operating under the Act on the National Court Register.
