Based on Article 40 (1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies, Board of DTP S.A. with headquarters in Warsaw ('Issuer'), inform that today receipt of a notice in pursuance of Article 69 (1) this Act, from Paged Capital LLC with headquarters in Warsaw ('Company'), about boosts its stake more than 1% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.

The detailed information contained in the notice:

1. Date and type of event causing the change of shares covered by the notification:

The acquisition by the Company of 680,000 shares of the Issuer on 29 December 2015. (A date of entry securities account of the Company), which was made under the contract (agreement) concluded on 29 December 2015. Between the Company and entity not affiliated with the Company.

1. Number of shares held before the change and their percentage share in the share capital and and their percentage share in the total number of votes:

Before the change, the Company had 16,988,566 shares of the Issuer, representing 47.57% of the total number of shares (share capital) DTP SA and giving the right to 16,988,566 votes, representing 47.57% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting DTP SA.

1. The number of shares currently held and their percentage share in the share capital and percentage share in the total number of votes:

After considering the record of the purchased shares in a securities account, the Company holds 17,668,566 shares DTP SA, which constitute 49.47% of the total number of shares (share capital) DTP SA and giving the right to 17,668,566 votes, representing 49.47% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer.
