The Board DTP SA with its registered office in Warsaw _ "Company" _ announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders DTP SA on 15 July 2015. it passed a resolution to appoint the Supervisory Board DTP SA, for a period ending on the date of the Annual General Meeting DTP SA and approval of the report
Company's financial statements for 2015.

The Board also informs that according to his declaration appointed a member of the Council shall not conduct any activities competitive to the Company, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership or as a member of a corporate body, is not involved in any other competitive legal person as a member of its authority, and not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on KRS.
