According to art. 6 paragraph. 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009. On current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of non-member state in connection with Article 70 point 3 Act on Public Offering The Management Board of DTP SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") announces the adjustment of the current report No. 15/2015 ESPI of 16 July 2015. The content of the report there was an error regarding the number of votes held by the shareholder of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 July 2015., instead of the number 1 785 700 total votes, mistakenly typed 3 214 260.
The total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on July 15, 2015 r., Which entitled to funds managed by Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA amounted to 1 785 700 votes, representing 5% of the total number of votes and 7.29% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of 15 July 2015.
The content of the current report No. 15/2015 of 16 July 2015. After correction:
The Board DTP SA with its seat in Warsaw ("the Company") hereby announces the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which took place on 15 July 2015. at the registered office of the Company.
