On April 22, 2020, Driven Deliveries, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the company has reached its third consecutive sales record in as many weeks, sighting that during its 420 sales campaigns it exceeded previously set sales record by another 31%. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
